Apple Crumble Smoothie

When I think of Apple Crumble, I almost immediately get the delicious taste that I get from the combination of Cinnamon & Apple.

I have made a conscious choice to reduce my dairy intake due to the uneasy feeling that I have when consuming it.
Dairy milk has been my go to because I loved the taste and creaminess. Needless to say, I was kind of bummed out at the fact I had to avoid it as much as possible. 

Women that are diagnosed with PCOS, are also asked to avoid Dairy milk.

Alternative's to Dairy

I wont go into extensive detail here but I will say that are now many choices available as a dairy free alternative.
Most of the time, I use Almond Milk. 

Coconut Milk, Soy Milk, Rice Milk & Oat Milk are a few that are easily available as well newer blends being marketed as well.

The Recipe

Trying out new recipes are quite exciting and they are even more awesome when you only need a few ingredients.

Feel free to substitute Rolled Oats for Gluten Free and the milk to one that you prefer.
